Every building is different. The most appropriate system depends on how the space is constructed, how it is occupied and what the client wants the system to achieve. Rather than treating equipment selection as the first decision, we start with the property and the requirement.

That means considering comfort, heat gains and losses, airflow, noise, controls, access, aesthetics and future maintenance before the final equipment and layout are agreed.
